AN12: what you should know about inhalant anaesthesia and respiratory physiology

AN12 is the best ISVRA course ever. It is the 2nd module of the first (basic) level anaesthesia course (AN12). It will be held in Desio, at Clinica Veterinaria dr Tomassini, 13th through 15th of May 2015. Topics will include: the anaesthetic machine what we need to know before buying it, breathing systems, FGF and vaporizer setting, respiratory physiology, and assessment of alveolar ventilation. Clinical cases will allow delegates to become familiar with perioperative management of dogs and cats undergoing inhalant anaesthesia, intermittent ventilatory support, and basic anaesthetic monitoring.
